This key position has a major part to play in achieving dealership success by providing a professional service to our Sales customers. Previous experience gained from a similar role is essential.
The Role:
High level and varied administrative duties
Requesting V55's
Taxing of vehicles
Liaising with and supporting the sales team
Allocating costs and invoicing
Updating databases
Developing strong product and industry knowledge
Working in a fast-paced environment
What you’ll need:
Warm and engaging personality with strong negotiating and closing skills
Strong administration skills
Highly organised and can work to strict deadline
Ideally have worked within the motor industry/dealership
Great IT skills inclusive of Excel and knowledge of Kerridge would be an advantage
Great communication skills
Great attention to detail
